By booking a ticket to a beeSocial event, you acknowledge your acceptance of our Terms and Conditions and warrant that you have the right, authority and capacity to enter into this agreement and to abide by all of our terms and conditions as defined below.
- beeSocial is not a matchmaking service we simply host events where people can meet one another in a safe, comfortable and relaxed environment.
- We cannot and do not verify personal information on our guests, such as marital status, or any other aspects of their general background. It is your responsibility to verify personal information to your own satisfaction and we recommend that you do so.
- Please approach any contact with our guests with the same caution you would undertake when meeting other people for the first time.
- We will not divulge your contact or personal details to anyone without your express permission, unless required to do so by law.
- We may use your contact details to inform you of future events, which we think, may be of interest to you.
- If due to any unforeseen circumstances we are no longer able to hold an event at the venue as originally planned, we reserve the right to move the event to an alternative venue. In this unlikely instance, we will always provide our guests with as much notice as possible.
- We are not able to accept cancellations. Refunds are only given at the discretion of the management.
- We reserve the right to sell tickets with different price levels for the same event.
- We do our utmost to ensure that at dating events the ratio of males/females at all events is a 50/50 ratio. However, due to potentially unforeseen circumstances on the evening of the event, we accept no responsibility for either an uneven ratio, or shortfall in male/female guests at the event, preventing this from being possible.
- We reserve the right to cancel any event and provide a full refund, but no other compensation, in this unlikely case.
- When you book an event with beeSocial, you must supply a daytime telephone number OR mobile phone number. In the event that we are forced to cancel an event due to circumstances beyond our control, we will NOT take any responsibility for Guests who arrive at an event unless they have supplied us with telephone contact details.
- Members are responsible for turning up to an event on time. If a Member turns up late to an event, we are under no obligation to allow them to participate in the event, nor offer any refund or compensation. We will however do our best to accommodate the member into the event, but this is not always possible.
- We reserve the right to refuse admission or to expel, without refund, guests who become abusive and/or offensive to other guests at an event through excessive alcohol.
- We do not guarantee that any guest will successfully match with another guest at our events.
- We take no responsibility for any emotional distress, or physical injury that may arise from communications with other guests registered with beeSocial, without limitation, either during, or at any stage after one of our events.
- We accept no responsibility for any content arising in any written or verbal communications which may arise from one of our events where members of the press are in attendance.
- beeSocial events are held at venues across the UK over which we have no control. Therefore, in the event that you are injured, or suffer damages to yourself or your personal items, of any kind at one of our events, you agree to release from any liability with respect thereof.
- By registering with beeSocial you warrant that you are at least 18 years old and that you match the criteria an event is promoted as (Single, Alumni etc)
